Therapy that meets you where you are.
In person in Elizabethtown, or online anywhere in Kentucky for all ages. Nearly thirty years of experience. Most insurance accepted, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Tricare.
Nearly thirty years
Experience when it matters most
For almost three decades, Eric Devers has sat with people through the hardest stretches of their lives.
This longevity and experience is unusual in this field. Most therapists don’t stay in it that long. What it means for you is simple: very little of what you bring in will be new, and nothing you say will land wrong.
Our entire team is ready to help, in person or virtually, when you and your family need it most.
Therapy is more ordinary than you think
A new normal when it comes to therapeutic care
More people are in therapy now than at any point in history. Your neighbors are. Your coworkers are. It stopped being a last resort a long time ago.
We know some people put off calling for years because of who might see them walk in. If that’s you, two things are worth saying. First, it’s more common than you’d guess. Second, we can work around it. Most of our sessions happen online, from wherever you already feel comfortable.
Nobody should go without help because of a waiting room.
Flexibility in scheduling
In person or online? Individual, couples, or family sessions? Your choice.
Access
About two-thirds of therapy nationally now happens by video, and we’re set up for both.
- In person at 102 North Mulberry in Elizabethtown, in the Mulberry Commons building.
- Online anywhere in Kentucky. We’re licensed statewide.
Plenty of people do both, meeting face to face at first and switching to video once they become familiar. Some do the reverse. You can change your mind at any point; just tell us when you book.
Sessions
Our team provides a wide range of therapy sessions including individuals, couples, and families (53 to 60 minutes long, typically).
- Individuals for private, personal services.
- Couples for intimate, confidential conversations.
- Families for collective, productive discussions.
For many people, sessions could include a combination of individuals, couples, and families to meet you and your family’s needs.

Medication referral partner
If you need medication, we know someone
We’re therapists. We don’t prescribe.
But we’ve built a relationship with a nurse practitioner who does, so if medication would help you we can make that connection directly. Let us schedule an appointment to see you promptly.
You are never required to go that way. Many people focus solely on therapy alone and do well.
Insurance and payment
We accept most major insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Tricare.
Plans we accept
Paying out of pocket: Self-pay rates vary between providers based on experience and specialties. There is typically no sliding scale.
With insurance you’ll usually pay a copay per session, depending on your plan. We’ll check your benefits before your first appointment and tell you what to expect, so there are no surprises.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance (late cancels) will be treated the same as a no-show and subject to our cancellation policy.

Start with your school’s Family Resource Center.
We currently serve students during the school day in the Hardin County Schools, with additional school contracts likely in the future. Contact your school’s Family Resource Center coordinator and ask about counseling. They’ll send us a referral and we’ll take it from there.
How often would I come in?
Sessions are typically 53 to 60 minutes long.
It depends on what’s going on for you, and it changes as things change. This is something we work out together at the first appointment rather than something decided for you in advance.
“Eric is a trusted resource for men/women-young or old looking for a qualified therapist. He is a good listener and provides a safe, grounded space that helps you feel secure and calm. If your faith is important to you-he will be open to this in your healing.”
